N. Alexandria Avenue | Los Feliz

This project involved a second story addition and an extensive remodel of the existing residence. The upper floor design included a master suite, two bedrooms with a shared bath, and a guest suite. On the main floor, an existing bedroom was incorporated into the kitchen area to create a spacious family room with access to the garden and the kitchen was completely remodeled.

An exterior stucco wall with wood gates was designed to work in conjunction with new landscaping to provide a private garden for this corner property.
