This project involved a second story addition and an extensive remodel of the existing residence. The upper floor design included a master suite, two bedrooms with a shared bath, and a guest suite. On the lower floor, one of the existing bedrooms was incorporated into the kitchen area to create a spacious family room with access to the garden. The kitchen was completely remodeled with new cabinets, appliances and a generous island.

An exterior stucco wall with wood gates was designed to work in conjunction with the landscape design to provide a private garden for this corner property.
